October 9th, 2021: The Getaway is a fantastic place to stay. It is very remote and has a beautiful waterfront setting. It is the best Air BnB we have ever stayed at.

November 14th, 2024: We stayed 6 nights. The view from the back lanai was spectacular. The house is fully stocked with spices, cookware, towels and all you need. Be aware that the best restaurants are in Spanish Wells or Harbour Island, so cooking at home is a good option. There is pizza takeout in Lower Bogue on Thursday-Saturday at Tommy’s but check. The weekend barbeque around the corner from the bakery is very good. It is a great house to relax

Thank you very much! We had a wonderful stay in Getaway! The house and the beach is perfect, we loved the private swimming, saw some fish and looked sundown almost every day!!!
