July 10th, 2021:  What an adorable house! Everything was clean, well appointed and easy to access. We loved sitting in a sandy spot on the rocks to watch the sunsets! We've been to Eleuthera 16 times, with this trip being our third summer trip. The bugs were crazy most likely because of a lot of the undergrowth that was around the house. However, with a little bug spray and long sleeves, all was well. Thank you Tim, Pedro and Karen for a fabulous stay!

Review 1: What an amazing trip. We don’t want to go home!! Karen and Pedro are amazing and your home is amazing! Thank you for everything! We will be back next year! Definitely the best stay in the 15 years we’ve been coming here! Thank you all!!

Review 2: We loved our stay so much and the house is beautiful! The pictures definitely do not even show how amazing it is! The two massive screened in porches were a wonderful place to sit back and relax. Great snorkeling right next to the house and we saw lots of rays and all kinds of fish. Karen and Pedro were also amazing and we plan to return next year! Thanks to Tim for sharing his beautiful home! We loved every second of our secluded vacation
