March 2nd, 2025: Hands down the best beach house I’ve ever stayed in! This place is absolutely perfect for 2-4 people, from the well-equipped house to the adorable and convenient pocket beach. All towels and linens are provided in abundance. The kitchen has oils, vinegars, and spices to supplement whatever you bring home from the market. The air conditioning at night was perfect. The road is rough but we had an old jalopy mini van and it was fine as long as you go slow. We were lucky in that we didn’t need to contact the property managers at all but we met Pedro briefly one morning when he came to check the generator, he was very nice. I can’t say enough good things about this place, I hope we’ll be able to return soon!

We have stayed in Current many times but this was our first stay at Getaway and it was everything we expected. The house is perfect. Clean, bright and designed beautifully. Tanya lined up a rental car which worked out excellent. The beach out front is the best in the world. If a quiet "getaway" is what you are seeking...search no further. This is it.
