December 31st, 2025: Really enjoyed our stay!! We love the current because of how peaceful and quiet it is. Tim’s place on north beach was great, had everything we needed and absolutely stunning views!

March 21st, 2024: This is a lovely, comfortable and extremely well-equipped home in a secluded piece of paradise. Whole days went by when we saw barely another soul either by the house or at the nearby beaches. It IS a hike from restaurants and stores, but once you’ve gathered provisions, it’s a terrific place for a quiet vacation in beautiful surroundings.

We have stayed in Current many times but this was our first stay at Getaway and it was everything we expected. The house is perfect. Clean, bright and designed beautifully. Tanya lined up a rental car which worked out excellent. The beach out front is the best in the world. If a quiet "getaway" is what you are seeking...search no further. This is it.
